Delivery
Free!
Delivery is free for orders over €200 in mainland France and Monaco.
In Europe, delivery costs are set at €13.90, in Switzerland and the United Kingdom at €16.90 and for other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination and delivery method. .

Colissimo delivery
Delivery is ensured by the Post Office’s So Colissimo service. To provide additional delivery instructions, do not hesitate to contact the post office directly, indicating the package tracking number.
You can choose between:
- Home delivery:
In the event of absence, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox indicating that the package has been made available to the post office. The package is available for 15 days. After this period, the package is returned to the sender.
- Delivery to a drop-off point:
In a Post office, at one of the 3,000 partner merchants of the Post Office or in one of the 31 Cityssimo (open
24 hours a day)
Same day shipping!
Weekend orders ship on Monday.
The package is then handled by the Post Office. The average delay observed is 3 to 4 working days in France and Monaco and 5 to 10 working days to other countries.
During the sales period, the processing time may be extended by a few days.
Log in to your Trench&Coat customer account and click on the “My orders” section to view your order and track the package.
When your order is shipped, you will also receive an email from the post office containing the tracking number.
If your package has not arrived after 10 days, we will investigate the whereabouts of the package.

Yes, customs duties may apply to orders shipped to the United Kingdom. However, we are unable to determine the exact amount of these fees.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the delivery address. We advise you to contact the carrier.
Returns and exchanges

Return costs are now the responsibility of the customer up to €4.90 in France and €9.90 in Europe, for any order placed on our Trench&Coat site.
For orders placed outside Europe & DOM-TOM, no return label will be generated, the buyer must return their package by their own means
If your order includes shipping costs, the refund only concerns Trench&Coat items with the exception of shipping costs.
When ?
From receipt of the package, you have 14 days to request a return. After validation of the return, you have 14 days to send the package.
Connect to the following returns interface, specifying the email and order number used.
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to exchange or return it. Returns or exchanges (limited to 1 exchange per item) are free in France and the EU.
*Please note: returned or exchanged items must never have been worn. They must be in new condition, unwashed and returned in their original packaging, all in a package in good condition and correctly closed. If items are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, they cannot be refunded.
For any returns under the right of withdrawal, the procedure below must be fully respected:
1/ Log in to the returns interface using your order number and your email address used when placing your order.
2/ Indicate the items to return and the reason for the return then validate. You will receive an email indicating that your request has been taken into account as well as the return label to print as well as the return request form to attach to the package.
3/ Prepare the product(s) to be returned and attach the included delivery note. Be sure to return the product you have chosen to return, if you return another product, your return request cannot be taken into account. Returned or exchanged items must never have been worn, be in new condition, unwashed and returned in their original packaging, all well folded in a package in good condition and correctly closed. If items are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, they cannot be refunded.
4/ Print your return label that you received by email or you can download it via your customer account, affix it to your closed package, and drop off your package at the nearest post office.
5/ Once your return has been received, our teams will check the quality of the item. If it is in its original condition, the actual refund may take up to 10 working days. The time frame will fluctuate depending on the payment method used and your bank. If it is defective, our customer service will contact you.
You can make a single exchange for the same item in a different size or another item at the same price by following the instructions below:

6/ Upon receipt of your package and acceptance of it, our logistics service will prepare the model you have chosen and send it to you as soon as possible.
You will be notified by email of each progress of the return/exchange of your product.

If your delivery address is outside the EU, the return label is not generated. You must therefore return the item from your order by your own means to the following address:

When you have made a return request, the refund period is 10 working days after receipt of the package at our premises. During periods of very high activity, this delay may be a little longer.
If you paid via Paypal, you will be credited back to your Paypal account. This may also take a little longer than a refund to a bank account.
For logistical reasons, if you purchased your coat in-store, we ask that you return it to that store. However, if you ordered your coat online, we ask that you follow our website's return procedure.

My command
Trench&Coat clothing has a standard size. Oversized coats are deliberately over-cut.
To check your size, 2 solutions:
- Consult our Size Guide to choose your size based on your own measurements
- Consult the product descriptions: you will find the main measurements of each garment which you can compare to those of your usual clothes
A doubt between two sizes? Do not hesitate to ask us your questions by email contact@trenchandcoat.com , indicating your measurements.
Did you make a mistake when ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are shipped the same day at 12 p.m., so you must cancel the order before this deadline.
If the order is shipped, you must request a return once the order is received.
It is possible to cancel an order, however, this is not done automatically. To cancel an order, please call us or send us a message at: contact_tt@trench-and-coat.com. Our teams will take care of canceling your order. However, depending on when you contact us, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, we will contact you to find a solution together.
If you are not receiving emails regarding your order, please check your spam folder first. If the messages are not there, ensure that the email address associated with your account is correct. As a last resort, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact_tt@trench-and-coat.com, so that we can verify your account information together.
If you have not received the correct item, please contact us at: contact_tt@trench-and-coat.com, including your order number. We will cover the costs incurred for the exchange.
If you would like to receive an invoice for your order, please contact us at: contact_tt@trench-and-coat.com, with your order number.
If you live abroad, please note that the delivery of your order may take a little longer. This is because customs clearance can take up to 10 days.

We are sorry to hear that one of the items in your order is defective. Please contact us at the following email address: contact_tt@trench-and-coat.com, providing your order number and photos of the item. Our team will review your request and offer you a suitable solution.

For security reasons, some information cannot be modified from your account. To reset your password, you can send a forgotten password request or change it from your account.
Responsibility
All our coats are designed in France, near Lille, as are the patterns.
Manufacturing is mainly carried out in Ukraine, in the workshops of our parent company, Maison Familiale Lener Cordier, with teams trained in our 60-year-old savoir-faire!
We buy most of the fabrics in Italy, a country which has real expertise in woolens. The liners come from Spain. 90% of our materials are the result of long and loyal partnerships with our European suppliers.
Some trenches and parkas use a water-repellent fabric that comes from South Korea because this country benefits from recognized know-how for technical fabrics.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email. You can also manage your registration status by logging into your customer account then clicking on “My personal information”, unchecking “Subscribe to the newsletter” and save the change.
Trench & Coat is based in Hazebrouck in the north of France. The brand benefits from the offices and workshop of its parent company, Maison Familiale Lener Cordier, manufacturer-creator of “handled pieces” since 1954.
Secure payment
All purchases made on the Trench & Coat website are protected and secure.
By choosing payment by credit card, the customer is assured that payment is made with the SSL security standard. The customer can confidently indicate their card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram appearing on the back of their bank card.
This data is automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified, in order to avoid abuse and fraud.
The Paypal payment system, just as secure, is also offered to customers who have a Paypal account and wish to use it to pay for their purchases.
Finally, installment payments are offered to you through our trusted partner Alma.
You can now pay for your order in 3 installments without fees (over a period of 2 months). This payment option will be offered to you at the "Payment" stage when validating your order. On the day of your purchase, you will be charged the first half of your order and the balance the following month. The only eligibility criteria are a basket greater than or equal to €250 (after possible discounts) and a bank card with an expiration date exceeding 2 months.
