How much is shipping ?

Free delivery!

Delivery is free for orders over €200 in mainland France and Monaco.
In Europe, delivery costs are set at €9.90, in Switzerland and the UK at €16.90 and for other countries, shipping costs are calculated according to weight, destination and delivery method.

What is the delivery method?

Colissimo delivery
Delivery is provided by the So Colissimo service of the Post. To give additional delivery instructions, do not hesitate to contact the colissimo service directly, indicating the tracking number of the package.

When will I receive my package?

Same day shipping!

All packages are shipped from Hazebrouck in the north of France. Our logistics department ships orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays the same day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.

The package is then taken care of by the Post Office. The average time observed is 3 to 4 working days in France and Monaco and 5 to 10 working days to other countries

During the sales period, the processing time may be extended by a few days.

How to track my parcel?

Log into your Trench & Coat customer account and click on the “Order ” section to view your order and track the package.

When your order is shipped, you will also receive an email from the post office containing the tracking number.

I did not get my package !

If your package has not arrived after 15 days, we will investigate the location of the package.

Returns & exchanges

How to make a return ?

NO!

Return shipping costs are now at the customer's expense at a rate of €4.90 in France and €9.90 in Europe, for all orders placed on our Trench&Coat website.
For orders placed outside Europe and French overseas departments and territories, no return label will be generated, and the buyer will have to send his parcel back by his own means.
If your order includes postage costs, the refund will only apply to Trench&Coat items excluding postage costs.

When will you be reimbursed?
You have 14 days from receipt of the parcel to request a return. Once the return has been validated, you have 14 days to send the parcel.

How to return an item?

Log in to the return interface with your order number and email.
All products sold on the Trench-and-coat.com site can be returned or exchanged. The cost of returns outside mainland France and Monaco are the responsibility of the customer. We offer return shipping costs to mainland France and Monaco.
The period during which you can notify us of your return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. As soon as we have validated your return request, you have another 14 days to send it back to us (limit 1 exchange by item).

*Please note : returned or exchanged items must never have been worn. They must be in new condition, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, all within a package in good condition and securely sealed. If the items are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled, they will not be eligible for a refund.

If your order includes shipping costs, the refund only applies to Trench & Coat items with the exception of shipping costs. Return costs are at the charge of the customer from outside France. If you have ordered on a marketplace, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1/ Log in to the return interface using your order number and the email address used during your purchase.

2/ Indicate the items to be returned and the reason for the return, then validate. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request, along with the return label to print and the return request form to include in the package.

3/ Prepare the product(s) for return and include the delivery note. Make sure to return the specific product you chose for return; if you return a different product, your return request cannot be processed. The returned or exchanged items must never have been worn, be in new condition, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging, all properly folded in a package in good condition and securely sealed. If the items are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled, they will not be eligible for a refund.

For returns from outside mainland France & Monaco : 4/ Print your return label received by email or download it via your customer account.

5/ Drop off your package at the post office of your choice and keep the proof of posting of the package.

5/ Once your return is received, our teams will check the quality of the item. If it is in its original condition, the effective refund may take up to 10 business days. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and your bank. If the item is defective, our customer service will contact you.

How to make an exchange?

All products sold on the Trench-and-coat.com site can be returned or exchanged. You can make only one exchange per product ordered.The cost of returns outside mainland France and Monaco are the responsibility of the customer. Affix it to your sealed package. Add the return request form to the package, then drop it off at the nearest post office.

6/ Upon receipt and acceptance of your package, our logistics team will prepare the model you chose and send it to you as soon as possible. You will be notified via email of each step in the return/exchange process for your product.

If your delivery address is outside the EU, the returns label will not be generated. You must therefore return the item in your order by your own means to the following address:

When will I be reimbursed?

The reimbursement period is 10 working days after receipt of the package at our premises.

If you paid via Paypal, you will be credited back to your Paypal account. This can also take a little longer than a refund to a bank account.

How is the sizing at Trench & Coat?

Trench&Coat garments fit in a standard way. Oversized coats are voluntarily oversized.

- Consult the product descriptions: you will find the main measurements of each garment that you can compare with those of your usual clothes.

A doubt between two sizes? Don't hesitate to ask us your questions by email contact@trenchandcoat.com indicating your measurements.

Oops! How to modify my order?

Did you make a mistake when ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders are shipped the same day at 12 noon, so you must cancel the order before this deadline.

It is not possible to modify an order that is validated, the only solution is to cancel the order and place a new order. If the order is shipped, the return request must be made once the order has been received.

Responsibility

Where are your clothes produced?

All our coats are designed in France near Lille, as are the patronages. The prototypes are made in our French workshop located next to our offices, thus facilitating precise development.

Manufacturing is done mainly in our workshops in Ukraine with teams trained in our 60-year-old know-how!

Where do your fabrics come from?

We buy most of the fabrics in Italy, a country that has real woolen expertise. The liners come from Spain. 90% of our materials are the result of long and loyal partnerships with our European suppliers.

Some parkas use a water-repellent fabric that comes from South Korea because this country benefits from a recognized know-how for technical fabrics.

Where are you located?

Manufacturer-Creator since 1954, Trench & Coat is based in Hazebrouck in the north of France.

Secured payment

Is my payment secured

All purchases made on the Trench & Coat website are protected and secure.

By choosing payment by credit card, the customer is assured that the payment is made with the SSL security standard. The customer can confidently indicate his card number, its validity date and the cryptogram on the back of his bank card.

These data are automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified, in order to avoid abuse and fraud.

The Paypal payment system, equally secure, is also offered to customers who have a Paypal account and wish to use it to pay for their purchases.

Finally, installment payments are offered through our trusted partner Alma.

How to pay in installments (free)?

You can now pay in 2 installments for free (over 2 months). This payment option will be offered at "Payment" while validating your order. The day you order half of the total price would be directly charged and the balance the month after.
