WHAT IS THE PAYMENT IN 2X WITHOUT EXPENSES ?

HOW ARE THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS MADE ?
The day of your purchase, you will be charged the first half of your order. From then on, a summary of your upcoming payments will be sent to you. Then, 30 days after your purchase, you will be charged the balance (2nd half). A reminder will be sent to you by email before this second deadline.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM IT ?
Your basket must be equal or superior to 150€ (after possible reductions). These payments in several times are valid on all the products of our site. The accepted cards are French cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. However, prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards cannot be accepted. Please note that the card must be valid for more than 2 months in order to ensure both payments.
IS THIS TYPE OF PAYMENT SECURE?
Alma, our payment partner, systematically carries out a 3D Secure verification to confirm that you are the owner of the card used. Your bank sends you a confirmation SMS or a push notification in your banking application. This confirms that you are the one who initiated the transaction and that it is not fraudulent.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
The Alma payment allows you to continue to benefit from the refund conditions defined on our Trench & Coat website. For any refund request, we commit ourselves to reimburse you the sums already deducted.
