Delivery

Orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day or the next business day during peak periods. Delivery, handled by La Poste, takes 3 to 4 business days in France, to a relay point or home address. It is free for purchases over €200 in metropolitan France. Outside metropolitan France, delivery costs remain at your expense.

Returns

Exchanges are free in France within 15 days via your customer account. If you opt for a refund to the original payment method, €4.90 will be deducted for the shipping label. Outside metropolitan France, return costs are at your expense.
