Delivery
Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the same day or the next business day during peak periods. Delivery, handled by La Poste, takes 3 to 4 business days in France, to a relay point or home address. It is free for purchases over €200 in metropolitan France. Outside metropolitan France, delivery costs remain your responsibility.

Returns
Exchanges are free in France within 15 days via your customer account. If you choose a refund to your original payment method, €4.90 will be deducted for the shipping label. Outside metropolitan France, return costs are your responsibility.
