Delivery

Orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day or the next business day during peak periods. Delivery, handled by La Poste, takes 3 to 4 business days in France, to a relay point or to your home. It is free for purchases of €200 or more in mainland France. Outside mainland France, delivery costs remain at your expense.

Returns

Exchanges are free in France within 15 days via your customer account. If you opt for a refund to the original payment method, €4.90 will be deducted for the shipping label. Outside mainland France, return costs are at your expense.
