Delivery:

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
As soon as we receive your order, our logistics department will prepare your parcel. During the week, from Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 2.00 pm are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday morning for same-day dispatch.
In France, delivery costs are free for all orders over €200. If your order is less than €200, delivery costs of up to €4.90 will apply. In Europe, delivery costs are set at €13.90, in Switzerland and the United Kingdom at €16.90 and for other countries, we advise you to contact customer service.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges may apply and are payable by the customer.
Delivery is made by our partner So Colissimo/La Poste.
The average delivery time is:
- 3 to 4 working days in France and Monaco*.
- 5 to 10 working days to other countries.

You can choose :
- Home delivery.If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox indicating that the parcel is available at the post office. The parcel is available for 15 days, after which time it will be returned to the sender.
- Or delivery to a Post Office, one of La Poste's 3,000 partner retailers or one of the 31 Cityssimo stores (open 24 hours a day).

Returns or exchanges:
All products sold on the Trench-and-coat.com website can be returned or exchanged. If the item does not suit you, you can proceed with a return or exchange by following the instructions here.
Returns : The cost of returns, cash on delivery, is at the customer's expense for all orders placed on our Trench&Coat website or via another website.
Exchange: If you wish to make an exchange for the same product or another product on the site at the same price, the return costs are free. Exchanges are only possible in France.

The period during which you can inform us of your return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. Once we have validated your return request, you still have 14 days to send it back to us.

Please note: items returned must never have been worn, must not have been washed, must be in new condition and must be returned in their original packaging, in a package in good condition and correctly closed. If items are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, they cannot be refunded.
