We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Upon receipt of your order, our logistics team prepares your package. On weekdays, from Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday morning for dispatch on the same day. 

For deliveries in metropolitan France and Europe, returns costs are free for the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for other countries.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery is carried out by our partner So Colissimo/La Poste. The average observed delivery times are:
3 to 4 business days in France and Monaco*
5 to 10 business days to other countries.
All products sold on the website Trench-and-coat.com can be returned or exchanged. We offer free return transport within metropolitan France and Europe. Return costs outside metropolitan France and Europe are the responsibility of the customer. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to inform us of your return. 

Once we have approved your return request, you have an additional 14 days to send it back to us.
Please note that returned items must never have been worn, unwashed, be in new condition, and returned in their original packaging, all in good condition and properly sealed. If the items are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled, they will not be eligible for a refund.
If your order includes shipping costs, the refund only applies to Trench & Coat items with the exception of shipping costs. Return costs are at the charge of the customer from outside France.
If you have ordered on a marketplace, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
