Refund policy

All products sold on the site (except our barrier masks) can be returned. The cost of returns outside mainland France and Monaco are the responsibility of the customer. We offer return shipping costs to mainland France and Monaco.

The period during which you can notify us of your return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. As soon as we have validated your return request, you have another 14 days to send it back to us.

Please note: returned items must never have been taken outdoors, be in new condition and returned in their original packaging, all in a package in good condition and properly closed. If the items are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, they cannot be refunded.

If your order includes shipping costs, the refund only applies to Trench & Coat items with the exception of shipping costs. Return costs are at the charge of the customer from outside France.

If you have ordered on a marketplace, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make a return?

Step 1: Customer account

Connect to your account with your e-mail address and your password and go to the “WITHDRAWAL FORM” section to complete the return request form.

From outside mainland France and Monaco :

Step 2 : Transport label

Once your request has been validated, you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to print the prepaid COLISSIMO transport label. This email is sent by La Poste and may take a few hours to arrive. Do not hesitate to check the SPAM folder of your mailbox. The COLISSIMO label must be stuck on the packaging.

Step 3: Drop off the package at La Poste

Drop off your package at the post office of your choice and keep the proof of posting of the package.

From outside mainland France and Monaco :

You can return your product with the logistic company of your choice (TNT, DHL, FedEx...) and send the package back to :

When will I get the refund?

After receipt and verification of the package at our premises, our accounting department will take over your reimbursement.

If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account. The reimbursement period is between 3 to 5 days depending on your bank.

If you paid via Paypal, you will be credited back to your Paypal account. This can also take a little longer than a refund to a bank account.
